Frequently Asked Questions

What type of clientele do you work with?

Our clients are developing and elite athletes, c-suite executives, professional teams, sport organizations and corporations. All are driven and self-motivated to perform better. They are looking for sustainable performance gains. They are open-minded to learning and know they need to do something differently. Our clients often don’t have the time or expertise to sort through options and information and want sound advice, valid information and trusted support from a credible expert.

Can I work with you remotely?

Yes. We are in regular communication via text, phone, email and virtual meetings. In person meetings are encouraged at select times. Much of our work with individual clients involves online platforms and meeting virtually.

How do I become a client?

Each potential client, whether they are an individual, team or corporation, has an initial meeting to review our services and their needs to ensure the best fit. We are available to provide information and answer questions before you request a virtual or in person meeting. We prefer email correspondence for initial contact because we like having the time to think through responses and learn more about your background, interests and needs. We would like to see that potential clients have done their homework and have thought through what they need and want to commit to. We are happy to make recommendations on other service providers and resources if we are not the right fit for you.

How many clients do you work with?

We curate a select number of clients that are a good fit for our services and their needs. We offer a boutique, best in class service and have predominantly operated through word of mouth referrals. All services and programs are customized to each client’s needs and objectives. We take a systems approach to auditing, designing and implementing client solutions and we consider performance factors from an integrated perspective. Unfortunately, we cannot say ‘yes’ to all interested potential clients due to the personalized programming, individual attention and level of care each client receives.

How long does a client work with you?

Time commitment depends on the client’s service or program needs. Teams and organizations have different timeline commitments depending on their needs. They may want performance audits, performance programs, education sessions, competition schedule and/or pre-season planning. Among individual clients, we have seen tremendous, sustainable performance gains with a long-term commitment, so we consider individual clients who are willing to commit initially to six months. This allows us to review files, investigate the interplay of performance factors, plan appropriately for your performance objectives, and observe performance impacts. Some clients require short term off-season assessments and programs or semi-annual staff education, whereas other clients have worked with us for over 10 years.

Can I be on your wait list?

Yes. Please contact our office (contact@resync.ca) to discuss your needs and objectives and for more information about wait times.

What is the price of your services?

Prices vary depending on the program or service provided and whether the client is an individual, team or corporation.

What should I look for in a performance program?

We recommend that you consider your performance needs and objectives when evaluating a program or service. Do they offer customized programming and individual care? Do they listen? Are they accessible? Can they develop a relationship with you? Do they offer quick fixes and one-size-fits all programs? Your objectives should be documented and metrics should be used to monitor progress. Are the service providers certified, qualified, and experienced? Do they have credible education? Do they commit to ongoing learning? Do they integrate or work in silos? Are they experienced in managing a high functioning team? Do they have a good network? Your objectives and priorities will help determine the service or program provider that best fits you.
